NIPA is equipped with the most advanced machines and tools required for mould manufacturing. Most advanced CAM equipments are automatic electrode replacement and can be run without operators. Milling is done directly in the CAM department. The processing centers are connected directly to a Unigraphics CAD/CAM system. High-speed milling of tempered components and electrode production takes place using a Matzuura 600 VF.

The grinding department has the equipment needed to meet the most precise processing demands. Jig grinding, circular grinding, surface grinding and profile grinding are just a few of NIPA's specialties.
